1. Terms & Conditions

Creating clear and comprehensive terms for your technology and consulting services is essential to protect both you and your clients. These apply to all services we offer, including AI solutions, web development, UI/UX design, API integration, SaaS products, and eCommerce platforms.

  • i ) Fees and Payment: All project pricing, payment terms, and any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Invoices will be issued according to the agreement, and we accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and select online gateways.
  • ii ) Termination and Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice (7–14 business days). If work has been completed or is in progress, pro-rata billing will apply. Refunds are subject to review and based on the milestone reached.
  • iii ) Liability and Indemnification: Aronasoft shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify Aronasoft against claims arising from misuse, third-party content, or breach of terms.
  • iv ) Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Zirakpur, Panchkula, Punjab.
